Premieres & Screenings
This week has been all about networking and celebrating!
First off, I had the cinematic screening of ‘Holt’ to attend. This was shot over the course of the summer 2014, and
so the screening was an amazing opportunity to catch up with everyone who had been involved
. Seeing the project come together as a whole was so much fun to watch, and on the morning of the premiere, we received news that we had made official selection for the first film festival the film has entered! The film had a great reception, and I feel that its’ festival journey is just beginning- so watch this space!!
I then topped the week off by attending the ‘Feast of Varanasi’ world premiere. It was amazing to see and hear
about the journey of the film both on and off screen, to see the final product, despite the difficulties and more so to be Rajan Kumar Patels’ directorial debut- it
really is a thrilling watch. We met so many warm, supportive people atthe after party, including Rajan himself, who spoke very highly of everyone involved. I firmly believe he is one to watch and this film really is a product of passion and drive- give it a watch!
